Purchasing directly from the e-boutique is now available for both Australian and international customers. Items are shipped weekly — transit time for our Australian orders can arrive anywhere between 2-7 days, international customers from 10-28 days.

Shipping rates:
Australian orders — complimentary shipping ミ☆ !
International orders —flat rate of AUD $15.00
Rush express shipping for national orders — flat rate of AUD $10.00

If you require special tracking or anything of this nature, please email us through the contact form & we will promptly get back to you. Please nominate a trusted residence or workplace, as only the buyer can be held responsible if incorrect details are given or the postage slip is stolen/ lost.

Returns Policy

All ZARIĆ jewellery is carefully quality checked in-house. Each piece carries unique characteristics that reflect its handcrafted nature, without compromising its craftsmanship. Please handle our jewellery with care, as identical replacements may not always be available. Note that general wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing fault.

Whenever possible, we offer free repairs as part of our commitment to sustainable fashion and a circular wardrobe. Learn more about our remake, repair, and redesign program.

If you discover a fault that affects the functionality of a piece you’ve purchased, we will do our best to repair it or offer store credit. This is assessed on a case-by-case basis, provided:

• The issue is reported within 14 days of receiving the item.
• Proof of purchase (such as, an email confirmation from our e-boutique) is provided.
• The request is not related to a change of mind.

Please note, this policy only applies to purchases made directly through ZARIĆ. For items bought from our stockists, kindly follow their individual return policies by contacting the store directly.
